 SHIP TO US: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and has complete liability including insurance costs. We will decline to accept from the carrier any package that shows obvious damage. We have the right to refuse any package. It is highly recommended to purchase proper carrier insurance for your items. Please include your submission form on the inside of your box. For large orders (pallet), please include an additional packing slip. Please contact us with any questions.    

SHIP BACK TO YOU: Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs back to you. Regardless of authentication results, we will take great care of your items and package them appropriately. This includes insurance costs. We ship all orders USPS Ground Advantage or UPS, whichever is cost effective for the customer. We will combine orders. Please contact us with any questions.  

Due to the volatility of the trading card market, we offer a 5-Day Return policy when your item is received and only if the item is damaged during transit. We will utilize the carrier's insurance policy. Please contact customer service for a return label if this occurs.  Item must stay in the condition received with all contents returned in full.  If there are any questions, please contact us.
