Here at Vault Uncirculated, our label is tamper-proof and tracked by serial number. Most details will be available via our public database that's coming soon. In the meantime, please contact us and we'll normally respond within 24 hours to confirm that the VU Case or Box that you are purchasing went through our proprietary process.

We are currently in California where West Coast access to authentication of unopened factory sealed trading cards is in high demand due to the rise in shipping costs and the ability to travel and drop-off to us for your authentication needs. Please contact us with any questions.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with submitting your items to us and from us. This includes the actual shipping price, insurance and material. We recommend you take great care in the shipping process just as we do. For cases, ALWAYS double box. We cannot authenticate a case as factory sealed that has multiple layers of tape. For individual boxes, please wrap each in bubble wrap at the least. If any boxes or packages show signs of damage on delivery attempt, it is our policy to refuse the package. Insurance is mandatory, we will reach out to you for shipping cost and invoice for service once completed. If you have any questions, please contact us.
